Spoke to my cousin in London at the weekend and he said the weather was horrible.
It was wet on Saturday but it is mild and very windy now,

Your roses are beautiful and I can almost smell them. We had an inch of snow on the ground this morning, was all gone by noon, tomorrow to be cold, cold,cold. But Wednesday we're to get at least 6 inches of the white stuff...will be the fourth or fifth snowfall this year and we're really not used to it...Just hate it...where is Spring when you're looking for it?
