My Brother mach ( weeks old) been playing up back to the shop it goes. U apparently have to hold the bobbin in kinda firm to thread it sets the tension & stops it comming through to top of design

I would never have thought of that one nurselilly, but then I have a Janome, obviously doesn't have the same system. Pleased you got it worked out though, I absolutely hate it when things go wrong, hugs and flowers sweetie.

Glad that you got it figured out - we sometimes do start doing things a bit freer and forgot why we were doing it a different way as before - I used to thread my machine so careful - then I started tring to do it fast and then fast - one day I realized that my upper thread was always breaking and I had just threaded my machine so fast - that is wasn't catching in one of the places. Hehehe!
