I don't know what VAT is either - but Happy 21st!! When my daughter was younger she would tell everyone that I was 19 (and then whisper for the 10th time - or whatever time it was). Now she just tells them I'm 19 and smiles... She will be 13 on Tuesday.

heehee I am so far on the other side of 39 that I would have to be handcuffed, roped and chained to 39 to still be hanging on for dear life. With all that I have had to go through the last few yrs. I feel fortunate to still be here and have enough sense to walk, talk , and function at all on my own! I am proud to be 64!!!
