countered with 85,000. He accepted the 85,000 bid and is now waiting for the bank and inspections. I will post a few pics in just a min.

Cindy, the house is really pretty. It will make a great home for your son and free you up now to get back with us. I'm sure your son is excited to have his own home if the bank and inspections go well. Nail bitting time. Hugs, Judy

Thank you Judy. It was the nicest house we looked at in his price range. Very neat, very clean, well kept. He is anxious to move so that his fiance can move here from northern MN. They hope to get married late this year or in 2012.

Prayer said for a quick closing. It looks like he got a lot of house and land. Good for him. Lots of curb appeal too.

Thanks Suzanne, We think it is really nice. It originally was on the market for 109,000, then 99,900. the 89,900. It is considered a short sale. The owner needs to get out from under it before the back foreclosure. He and his fiance hope to get married soon. We know wait patiently for the inspections.

that is a nice place for him to get started. My GS and his wife are going through the same things. So many of the homes in this area are going into back repo, and they were lucky to have been accepted on a nice little home for them. It had just been remodeled and has all new appliances which is a plus. We are all waiting on the signing now. Inspections are done, and they were pre- approved. We are all hoping that they can get the $8K first time home buyers credit. That will help. He is just recently out of the service, is going to college, and she just started her first year as a teacher. Wishing your son best of luck with everything.

Cindy, what a lovely house - who wouldn't want to have a nice place like this to start out with - I sure wouldn't mind it. I hope things work out. *4U

Thank you so much Shirlene. We are very satisfied that he and his fiance are purchasing a very safe and sound home that has been well kept. My son also is good with tools and will be able to put their touch to the home.
