Ok now I am realy going to show my ignorance! When I download do ther file need to go tru "winzip" before you put the onto the USB??

Only if it is a zipped file. Unzip it then you can use it.

No, it doesn't have to b e unzipped before you put it on your stick. I put mine in a download file then unzip them and file them under respective folders. Then I go back and delete the zip file.
