I have the entire Lily of the Valley font, today went to embroider the A and found the design unusable?corrupt but design indistinguisable.Any suggestions- do i need to buy the A as a separate ltr

Where did you get it? Maybe they will replace this one. I would try another one to see if it's ok

Sounds like you got a bad download. Ask and I bet they'll replace it if you bought it.

Pull the A out of the folder and put it back on your desktop.....Make another and name it a#2 or new A, anything but rename it! I have had this happen with the A on several alphas and My son pulled the a out and renamed it and it was plain and clear. The A was supperimposed witn the B and then the C and so on. Make sure you discard the bad one if this works!!!! I went through this with another Cutie and it also worked for them. Good Luck, Linda

Linda, not sure I can put the one initial on the desktop but will try, usually save the design right to named folder. Thanks for the suggestion.
