Look under hardware and button covers. crafters Vision is one of my favorite sites. Also key fob hardware and barrettes. Lots of goodies here and not real expensive

Hobby Lobby has them. But they are hard to find! Finally found them hanging on a wall with some stuff. If you can find a clerk that really knows the stock they can direct you.

there are lots of retractable ID badges on ebay but didn't see any that could be covered

Thanks everyone for the replies. I know I have seen several people doing them on here so I thought I would give it a try. We don't have a Hobby Lobby around here, but I will check online at craftersvision.
