does anyone here have pe design basic i need help some things that i download i get on my program and i get this message "there is no sewing data" did i do something wrong

I meant the hoop size. In the left superior corner when you open pes. You can see the hoop size. There you have to put 4x4 or your size

Ok Mary, I unzipped the files and I can see it. You know that I have that problem, in my computer I can't see all the files but in my laptop I can see everything. I don't know why. I can ask my DH but he is no here right now. I'll ask him to night and post here. Is the only help that can give you. Sorry

ok letvia i do not understand it i have the trial version of pe design 7 and they show up fine there i am so confused now i am trying to see if i can save them so when the trial is over i do not loose them thanks *4u

I don't think you will loose the designs. It is a problem when you're going to see them with ped basic, but you have the file in your computer.

I would try joining one of the many Yahoo groups. I do not have this software but there are so many nice people in some of these groups I am SURE someone can help... OR call Designers Gallery... (Baby Lock/Brother) they created the software.

Try reading your manual. All things aside, I have gotten that message, when my design is not in the center of the hoop area or is too large for the hoop that I have allocated it too. HaHa A flower for you.

Not everyone adds the info to the design. A lot will have a thread chart or color chart posted with the download. Some show as jpgs. Go back to your source and see if it is still available. Good luck

forgot to say I have the pe too. Get the PED 7 when you can. You will love making your own designs and sewing them out is so much fun.
