Sorry I can't help.. I also upgraded to WINDOW 7 and am still working out the kinks. I go back to my old computer to do some stuff. I have order a larger floppy disc and that going to help me. Each day it gets a little easier but in the mean time it makes me crazy... hope you learn faster than me

I think I must have brain freeze when it comes to learning Windows 7. Well at least we can go crazy together. LOL Thanks anyway.***

Do you use a usb or a cable or a card to transfer your designs. I have a brother pr620 and i just drag and drop them from the computer to the usb stick no problem. I have just checked out the Innovis 4000D and i t does say it has two usb ports so you should be able to do it that way. I can't imagine why you would be having a problem because of windows 7. Sorry I can't be of more help than that.

Thank you for your quick response, Alice. I use a usb cable to tranfer my designs. When I plug it in, I get a message "No supported photo files were found on this memory card. For more information see the documents that came with your printer." I am wondering what the hey my printer has to do with it. I think I'm just too old for the computer age. Thanks for trying. ****

you probably have to reload your embroidery program, or have someone do it.

SIMPLE SOLUTION! Right click on design and send to removeable file. Duh! Some Fridays sure seem like Mondays don't they? Thanks again to all who tried to help. I hope that you have a great weekend. *4 all

Try doing what lani02 suggests. I had to copy and paste all my designs to the newly loaded program ( I use VIP because I have a Pfaff). Computer shop man put all my designs from old to new computer, in a folder on the desktop. He called it Old Data, and I copyied and pasted to the new program.
