I don't know if sbott54's answer is the site you are looking for but it is exactly what I've been wanting to find to use on the bottom of little dresses for my little great-grand-daughter. Also the designs are exactly 'my' kind of design.
Now... my question is.... would I use an endless hoop to make a picture or just use careful placement for each design?

I love Nicoles. Did you know that she sends you a free design if you email her a picture of your project. (I got modular babies free when I emailed her my quilt pictures) See page 2 of "what customers made"
