We assume that you mean "Cute". It is at the discretion of the site managers. So we really do not know. With a membership you have a much wider selection of designs.

The time varies somewhat on this site, but I have found that somewhere around 11AM Eastern Standard Time is when they are usually up. There is always a free design added daily. The alphabets and applique vary and are posted as the site administrator has time and gets new tested designs. I want to welcome you and tell you we are so happy you are here! ;)

Looks like they are later than usual today. Guess I will have to go fix lunch and check back again later to talk. What else can we do? I find myself checking back to see what else has been said and see the voting on the designs.
