You get to keep all your flowers but still give out flowers to everyone else, somewhere Miss Veronica has an unending supply just waiting for us to pass out. If you look at some (I noticed it first with Shirlene) some have over 100,000 flowers and they have given probably at least that many to others. They just make me smile!
