Lyn I think that is my problem to. I am only 5.2 and I have been told by my GP that I have shrank, that is why I had to go for a bone density test.
My children always told me, when they were little "Granny is short because she is old" This was about my Grandmother.
I asked my son when do we start shrinking he used to say "when you 40 you start to shrink, cause that is old "
