I have been without my machine for about 3 months now. I'm starting to wonder if I still have ownership.

Thanks for your time.

I sent my Elna to be repaired under warranty through Janome and it took ten months to get it back! That's why hubby bought me the Designer Diamond.

Wow!! I would go into withdrawal. Does your dealer not offer repair in their business?

I had it in a month before it was shipped back East. They said it is in the base, which is out of their league. They told me it would take 4 weeks.
Happy Stitching to you!

Oh man that is too sad, they should have given you a spare while you had to wait! I have never had that happen & honestly the withdrawl symptons would probably kill me!Keep calling & bug them. That os a LONG.............TIME

What a bummer! My Janome dealer takes care of everything for me. I have never had to wait more than a few days for any repairs. Good luck!
