Are you meaning for the bath? We did some super simple ones at a sewing retreat, made from 2 layers of the felt-like dishwashing cloths with one arch-shaped piece of towelling fabric applique'd onto the outside on one side of where the hand goes into -could cut those from facewashers etc. Easy peasy.

Yes sounds like that, I made one it was a fish with app fin and emb mouth/eye. I used 2 face clothes and o/locked around the opening. Hope this helps :)

There was (still is?) a ITH one on Sewforum, which I have made before. It has an appliqued fish on it and fits a small child's hand - very cute, my daughter of 26 also liked it and wanted 1, although it is too short for her hand. I am sure someone will come up with the link
