I decided to use the designs for hair clippies on the paci clips. They work perfectly and were easy to stitch onto the ribbon to secure them.

These are from www.craftersvision.com and they are actually suspender clips, but I think they list them as clips.

Robin, these are hair clip holders but paci holders. I used the hair clip designs to embellish the holders. I'm sure tho that is what you meant. ;)hehehe
I meant AREN'T. I hate it when my fingers get ahead of me or in this case didn't finish the word. LOL...
