Thank you dear friend! No the Mini Heart ChristieF shared with us already has the hole,so all you need to do is slip it over the button.

Are the hearts stand alone with a buttonhole or are they part of the blouse? Gives me ideas for one of my shirts.

Yes they are FSL and already the hole is in the design. Our own ChristieF shared these with us in DBC several weeks ago. I hope you get time to try some.

Thank you! Inspiration came from the freebie button covers from Criswell. I've made a zillion for my mama and me, and when I made the first mini heart from Christie...the light bulb came on. LOL
