I remember these to and like your project. Did you use scrap material and elastic top and bottom?

yes it was 4inches high by13inches around,then i ran my serger around top & bottom ,zig,zaged the elestic on,sewed up back easy ah!!carolyn

50 years ago would be the 60's. I hope most had graduated from this by then. heheheh Time does go fast, way too fast. These are just adorable. My husband would love these designs. Thank you for sharing.

When we were kids we went to a park that had the outhouses. I remember we were terrified of them.Always thought about falling in. Then there was the smell and the occasional spider. LOL

These are great. Did you use 2 layers of fabric at the end or did you just turn it down and put the elastic at the top and bottom
