I know the feeling well. Sometimes it helps just to walk away for a few minutes and have a cup of coffee or two. =0)

try 2 layers of stablizer under the design and float a layer of wss on top, hopefully this will make it all better and you will smile pretty again. (I know the feeling of frustration on to well)

Try more stablizer. Sometimes the design is too dense for the fabric or it is digitized poorly so it may not be the machine . Hope it helps. Try a scrap first on a towel that is already ruined. Suzanne

Sounds like the stitches are too dense and close together. Those tiny narrow satin stitches are notorious for puckering and other problems...if you can change the length or spacing it should help... Vicki

You mentioned you adjusted the tension. Did you check the bobbin tension too? I've had bobbin thread come up top, and found my bobbin tension was too loose. Don in TX

Oh Sarah, that is frustrating! When all else fails, use the same color in the bobbin as on top so it blends. Wish I could be of more help! Have a better day dear.

Think we've all experienced bobbin threads coming to the top at one point or another and it is very frustrating. Since I can't adjust my bobbin I will usually end up putting the same color thread in my bobbin. I know it's cheating but it works and nobody knows but me...lol Since you mentioned the narrow satin stitch causing your trouble....that's when mine occurs too...guess we'll just have to pamper our babies and keep on tricking them. My dealer recommended using pre wound bobbins for this. I either have to use them or same thread for the bobbin so it doesn't show. Changing the tensions does not help on my machine. Joyce
