Hi, I'm new here, and totally having a ball. Just wondering if anybody could give me a nutshell explaination of the flower deal. Thanks

As I see it the more you participate, the more your garden grows as others give them to you and you earn them when you sign in, but i don't think they are for any reason other than novelty. cheers & a rose, Meganne

Flowers answer copied: "Cuteembroidery.com is conducting testing at this time. Flowers will be used to provide new and additional benefits to users of Cuteembroidery.com." They seem to be a good thing to be collecting because my bouquet surely does smell good and look pretty. As for how you get them, you get one each day (once every 24 hour period) that you visit the site. We can now get them from others on this area of the site, and also in response to questions and answers and Cudo's for projects. And that's the short answer! I'm sending you one now. ;)

You must have submitted while I was composing. Glad you came through with the this answer. I almost made reference to you, ruthie, and shirlener. I knew we could count on one of you!
Well, that's ok, just shows how helpful we all want to be! ;)
Thanks jrob. I have just given you a flower for your explaination. I am working on a quilt for my nieces baby shower. Guess I'll have to post a pic when it's done. Have a great day!!

If you click on the orange flower by someone's name it gives them a flower. It will turn grey if you succeeded. We can only give one on each. Most of us give flowers because we thought it was a good question, provided a good answer, answered our question, posted a project, or just made us feel good and laugh. Don't think anyone really knows how they will be used beyond giving us a chance to shower others with flowers. You know how flowers make women sappy!

maryjo, I'm betting when you asked for the *nutshell* explanation you didn't expect this kind of response. You're lucky I didn't get here before clawton and jrob, I'm chattier than what they are, in fact I think people's brains have a meltdown with my answer on this subject, haha. I just love explaining it almost as much as I love giving those flowers to everyone. So, here's some hugs and flowers for you sweetie, welcome to *Cute*, and enjoy being here.
