Good day, I have been finding some wonderful freebies on blogs that you all have posted but when they download, they come in RAR files. Can someone please help me figure out how to open a RAR file

Hi, you need a utility like WINRAR to handle files with a rar extension. Don in TX

I use 7zip. It's a handy little app that you find on your right click menu. Then there are options on where to extract. I extract to the folder I'm in, then just delete the original and any other formats I don't want. I found it from a discussion right here.
