I'm done I'm done! Three times is a charm!! My Miss Veronika's butterfly was my first FSL turned out beautiful!!! But don't use Sulky Solvy! Use it only on top!!!!!!! I had to learn the hard way!I will try to post my butterfly tomorrow! Once again THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR HELPING ME!

Well done, when I was just starting to do FSL I found the bobbin was running out. It was just about to start the final satin stitch around the outside and I didn't want to cut the upper thread off so I grabbed another bobbin with a contrasting colour thread and finished with that. Outline same on front and contrast on back . Looks fine on the Christmas tree no matter which side shows. Grand children thought that was how it was supposed to be.

While I was wacthing the thread run out I was trying to find a comparable color to change the thread. I was holding the top thread between my fingers trying to get every little bit of the thread!. But I lucky out! Thanks Dawn
