go sit with God - so that I would be able to care fully for Rick after his stroke - which happened just a week before she passed. My Mother was a very humorous lady and had a great love for embroidery work and she loved the CUTE family dearly.
At one time she wrote up her history for the site - it was in personals and it was great to see that she took that time - to get that posted for some of you to know her better. She always enjoyed all aspects of crafts throughout her life. She had several business' that she enjoyed, that included a ceramic shop, wedding decorating and she even was a Mary Kay cosmetic dealer.
I was very happy to get to spend some great time with her in her final days - Rick and I moved from NC to UT - to be with her and to help her through the final days. I know her last year was hard for her - being in a nursing home - but it did give her a quality of life without Hospice that the year before had not. She would always laugh and ask what the CUTE family was up to and she would have loved the stunning quilt that you made for her - that you passed on to me - after her passing.
Thank you for allowing me to honor her and to say - thank you for all your wonderful friendships that you gave her - in her final days, with the hair appointments and the lovely butterflies, hearts, and cards sent to her, too. The prayers and support along the way also help me and I will be forever grateful for them.
God bless you all. You have been so inspirational to me, you have helped to strengthen my faith so much. I have told you before and I will say it again, you are an angel that God puts into peoples lives, and sometimes you may not even know it, but you touch people and share the love of God with your faith. You have helped me more than you can imagine.
Alice.
You maintain the dignity, generousity, personal strengh and warmth that was your mother. She has left a true legacy in you. May you continue to be upheld so you are able to cope will all life has given you to deal with.

was so full of love and concern for everyone. The world was full of her "children", because everyone she met she
treated each like her own child, advising them, helping them, and taking them "under her wing", if the need arose. As you, I am so thankful for the fantastic lady I called "mama"! We have special guardian angels looking down on us each day!!
