Click on the browse button and find your picture. Click open in the dialogue box. When you click save it should be there. If it isn't, then it was probably too big. Try again after resizing. You can go back to one of your attempts which didn't work and either delete it or replace the picture. I never compose my pictures very carefully, but I always crop them to make them look as good as I can. This usually gets them to the right size as well - bargain!
