take care of yourself, and just do little things - you need to build your strength up.

Dear Toni

Just take things day by day. I am amazed at how our bodies work and just think they are amazing. Take things slowly and you'll soon be back to your old self. Love and blessings Chris

It does take some time to get your strength back. Take your time and work up to it. Sorry you have been laid up and I pray your tests have come out with a good ending.

Hope you are feeling better soon and that it was nothing serious! Funny how housework piles up even when you aren't at home isn't it? One of those things that makes you go, "hmmmm". Take care of yourself and take it slow till you are tip top again, trust me, the laundry and dirty dishes will still be there, no little housework fairies around.

Hugs and get well wishes sent your way. I hope you are back to normal very quickly and I'll try and be thankful next time I have to scrub the toilets, but I'm not promising.;)
