I have it now, I'm guessing that you received the link to get it, I did not have to sign in, maybe try that without signing in. I was @ this page (already signed in) went & opened my email & clicked on the link, took me there straight away! Hope this helps!

try logging in-keeping yourself logged in-go back to your email and download it from there. I downloaded mine this morning just be clicking on the download-I am always instantly logged in as soon as I go to cute.(unless I do a shut down-then I have to sign in on everything all over again) ~linda~
