So sorry you are feeling under par today! I told my daughter that it seems to take me twice as long to get over a virus, and if I get around the grandkids (or anyone) when they are sick, I will catch it! Guess the old immune system is down! She has been sweet about waiting until the kids are over their "bugs", before she visits. No energy zaps my spirit, too! Hope you feel stronger soon!

WELL this is a GREAT time to sit back (rest),get a cup of hot tea (for the cold)..play on the computer (to look up remedies..HEHE)...good time for ME TIME is when your not at the peak...sure hope you start feeling better real soon...
