Sorry, can't help raels, I'm a *personal shopper only* type of girl, I live to walk around the shops and touch everything, even when I don't buy. Did I really say that last bit, what was I thinking - I always buy, haha.

Hi Raels, Meganne from NSW just let us all in on a website called shoppersrule.com. Picked up 100 spools of 1000m R&A thread for not a lot which arrived in 8 days from USA. She probably would have answered but is too busy checking out her new collection. They have a thread club which I am thinking of joining. Hope this helps. Oh, and the dollar is good at the moment.

it was $347 for the 100 spools of rayon, colours of your choice, and a bit more for the same deal in polyester. That included postage.
thanks I did see her comment but would prefer to buy local if I can * 4U

Hello again, looked at the shinwooaustralia website and you are looking at less than $10 for a 5000m spool with a huge selection of colours. I just typed in www.shinwooaustralia.com.au and got the home page. Hope this helps raels.
