Some great news, the Oncologist is confident that my lump is benign. Yeehah! It will still need to be removed as it is the kind that becomes cancerous in time but there is no urgency. Meganne

Oh, that is great. I went through the same scare last fall, had a lumpectomy, and everything was fine. Bless you and I wish you the best.

Thank you all so much, Your support has truly been a blessing and I truly believe it was everyone's prayers that helped. Today is the first in weeks that I have woken up without a splitting headache, what a beautiful rainy, wet, wintery Good Friday this is. Roses for EVERYONE! And may you all have a safe and Blessed Easter Weekend. Meganne

You are Blessed!! I had a 25 pound mass in my stomach and I had the surgey the next day after a regular MD visit. I did not know it was there I just thought I was gaining weight. I was Blessed it was benign also.

Oh bkd14y, I am so sorry you had that difficulty, but glad that it was benign. My Mother has a mass in her pelvis and she is not going to have the biopsy as the doctor doesn't think that she would live through that. Not waking up, because of previous pneumonia problems and also two spots on her lungs. She was never a smoker, either. *4U

Life can be so difficult and yet also so beautiful. My heart goes out to you both, for living through and with such adversities, Meganne
