those of you whom have responded to some of my questions will recognise me and remember I asked a question about not being able to log at in ANY TIME without having to request a new password. No one here could offer an explanation and despite emailing admin on this site, who just ignored me. I have spent the whole afternoon waiting for an email from them after I was booted and then had to (as always) request a reset.

I am pretty good with computers so no there is not a problem with mine. Fed-up I decided the reset was not coming any time soon, maybe everyone at admin is on a coffee break or asleep (who knows). I read a post from another Brother user, who was having problems with some new fonts she purchased. Knowing how frustrating not being able to find an answer, I wanted to reply...But 'heyho' I cannot log in. So a brain wave...Lets see if admin is out on a coffee break, asleep, or just ignoring me for the fourth time since joining.



So I have created this account, within seconds of clicking send, an email arrived and whoola, here I am. Hmmm does not seem right to me. My feeling is that whether registering or requesting a password reset, I would think a site of this size, would have an automatic software acceptance. Who knows!¬

If and when I can return to being Seasons Glory, I shall, until then...I am Free lol
