tension and they said they could show me how to fix it. My machine is the MC11000SE and prev they said it would be better if they did the adjusting. Taking hubby with me as he is more mechanical than I am. Off to West Plains I go. Catch up later!

I understand. I was missing my 6-needle for 4 months. Talk about being crippled and in mourning. Glad to see you will be up and running in no time.
