Well - after seeing all of your nice pin cusions, I wanted to make sure tht I could put one together. I took only the edge stitch from the design from Artistic Desings, and stitched on 2 pieces of cotton fabric. Well, finger or hand work is not my forte, but I stayed with it and got this sample done before I tacked a better one. I just used some fabric and buttons that I had, but it made me want to try another.

I knew that when I out the first one this site it would become addictive. Thank you to Martine who gave us another pattern as well. I have made 5 now and have at least another two in mind. There are many free patterns on the Net for Cross Stitch to do these as well. Lyn

Oh yo u really started something - I hope yours do very well at the market for you. I did buy the pattern, but did this one and the one from Martine first.

Forgot to say. It just shows you that you don't have to have fancy designs to make them look nice as long as you have the 2 squares the same size and mark the center of each edges. It looks great Congratulations! Lyn

eth, I see you got it together - that is wonderful - I too would have done just what you did, to find out - if I could manage to get it together - before doing all the embroidery work on it. You did a great job.
