They are bookmarks or 'links' to other sites with embroidery designs and or info that the people in here like and want to share with others. The 'tags' are words that are in reference to the site so when you search using that word that site will appear... An example of a 'tag' would be the word 'freebie'. If the person who posted that bookmark used that word as a 'tag' then when you search using that word that link will appear in the search results. Other 'tags' would be things like 'RW', 'Quilt', 'Flowers', 'Forum', 'Membership', 'Baby'.
