I have 4D Pro - it should work the same. When I try to change a design, or edit, you go into the edit. Why don't you PM me - I will get something to you. There are actually 2 way to try to do it.

OK, open your design in what ever hoop size you want. Then in the top row of icons click on the "resize" button (looks like 3 squares stacked at angles of each other). Now notice you have a frame around your design - see the little squares at each corner? Click and drag any square and after you resize your design - notice on the right hand side under "Information" you will see "Stitch Count", Height, Width -- watch for this to change after each resize - then resize until you get the size you want. This method also changes the stitch count which is good if you are going to make much of a change since it will increase as you enlarge the design and decrease as you make the design smaller! The little circle you see on the frame around the design at the center right - if you click on it then your design will "flip" or reverse.

You can also do the same for resizing without clicking the resize tab, but the stitch count will remain the same - only the size will change.

Yes, dlonnahawkins, basically this is still the same as the 4D. I just upgraded to 5D.

You have some of the right info in the answers, but if you want to resize the design equally,(keeping it the same proportions) then you need to put your cursor on the corner, hold down control button, and drag the corner in or out to make it smaller or larger. Holding the control key down makes the design size equally. Hope that helps. Linda
