I am so sorry for your loss. You have my heartfelt sympathy. The wonderful memories you have will sustain you and give you peace in the months and years ahead. My parents passed many years ago, and I miss them terribly still. But, I feel their presence daily, as if they are my guardian angels watching over me from above.

I know all about this song. I first heard it years ago when sung by Secret Garden. Then of course, Josh Groban's version is just brilliant.

My Dad died on Father's Day last year and we had this song at his funeral, along with 4 of his other favourites. My heart goes out to you and may you find all the strength you need in the coming days and just think of all the good times you had with him. Memories will always be with you.

I am sorry! Just remember that time will ease the pain and change to warm and loving memories. My Dad passed away when I was just 25. I had a small son that adored him as well as the other way around. They were buddies! I think I hurt more when it happened for my son that for my self and Mom. My son has only vague memories but I try to remind hin often of how much they are alike and how much his PaPa loved him. When Mom left us there were many mixed feelings. I was sad and missed her but I had also watched her suffer for a long time and it was also a relief to know that she was no longer suffering.
