Really, really nice! We've never tried up-scaling our design (as it's current size is the max our hoop can take), but it seems it worked out nicely. To which size or percentage did you scale? When downscaling the bag, we usually don't go further than 86% which makes the 3.5mm squares into 3mm squares without having too dense stitches.

Using the design like this, would you think it would look good as an insert to a larger bag (i.e. such that you still can see inside the bag.) as well? Or would you think the stitch is then too loose to be self-supporting?

Really nice.

Thanks i just up scaled to it as large as my husq. sewing machine would go it is 5x8 & i could still go larger but this was a nice size .I would think if you use it for an insert people could not see the nice emb. we did lol carolyn
