how do we let Miss V know that site has technical problems? When I enter (or next person too) enter comment on posted project, my text replaces the text @ the top of page? & sew on & sew on

Actually, I think that is just a feature. The most current, or latest, comment always goes to the top of the list in answers, or in questions, or in replies. This one will go just ahead of the one before. The answer that comes after this one will go just ahead of this one. So.... leenova54 will be just below this message now, even though it used to be your first answer. It takes it to the top.
But....... I'm not sure if that is what you were asking, though - LOL. Maybe you were pointing out something else and I'm confused. Did I just make things worse?
