70 Here this morning on the Gulf. A really bad front went through and several tornadoes struck the area. Now the temp has dropped to 62. You don't want to visit here at the moment.
Have you ever tried the "Nettie Pot" It really works for me along with some Ibuprofen. I get sinus headaches all the time. In fact during some months I just live on Zyrtec.
Just don't let the sinuses problems get into your chest. But you probably already knew that. cj

Hi friends, it's going to be 28C (82.4F) here in Newcastle today. Already beautiful and it's only 7.00am!!

I have Ophelie today (Amy's daughter) and am meeting up with Dana and her 2 girls Jasana and Aqualina for Morning tea around 11.30am. Life is busy for these yummy mummies!

Love and blessings Chris

P.S. I do hope it warms up for you soon over in the northern hemisphere.

Ugh! It's gotten worse, Migraine for several hours now and nothing is helping, I've taken more than what I should for Ibuprofine and I'm off to take a shower as hot as I can stand it and then taking a late afternoon nap. Hubby's supper is in the oven, so he'll wake me when he comes in at 5PM

Please come and visit. We got about 4" of snow last night. Will that help your sinuses?
