I checked out most of my favorite sites and couldn't find any but I've been getting a lot of new St. Patty designs daily. Maybe you could go to one of your favorite sites that does digitizing and ask them to create one for you.

1. Simple Knot Border Celtic -go to link, sign in, come back and click link again.
If you do this on felt or sturdy non woven interfacing it should work to cut out around the edge.

This is a link to the result of searching "bookmarks" in the left search engine.
I know there a lot of links to designs that could be used as "blanks" that you could add your own design to.

It's not free, but at Embroidery Library they have the prettiest FSL shamrocks that make beautiful bookmarks and I think they are just $1 now. One of them has a little loop for adding a ribbon. They stitch out great in about half an hour.

Try the link below. They have a large selection of FSL bookmarks and they stitch out very well. I did link with the first listing by correcting it.
