I heard on the news that the west coast here in the USA was going to get alot of the after effects from the Japanese tsunami. When something like this happens it effects the whole world not just the hardest hit! I pray for all who are in direct hit and for all who have love ones involved in it! The news was talking about the huge waves headed toward the West Coast here. When there is a tragic event the whole world is involved. I am glad that your family is safe. You are the first person I thought about when I heard about the tsunami. I was glad to see here that your family is safe, although I feel sure that are very shaken up about it! Yoriko, I am so glad to know that you and your family are ok....I taught about 25 Japanese ladies quilting while they were living here in TN as their hubbies were plant managers in 2 of our local factories. I loved them so much and 5 of them are located in the worst area hit, so I am praying hard for all of them and their families....I learned so much from them and they were the best students I ever had....so you and all the rest of Japan has all of my prayers and thoughts with you today.....

Dear Cuties, thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. So far there are more than 600 death, 800 are missing and more than 1000 people are injuried. This is so sad. Also planes are not landing, the one I take, had to land in Guam yesterday, and I will leave Japan tomorrow.
