I'm sorry to say here's my attempt at Bejoscha's lovely bunny bag. I'm not happy it with it because I had to fight my machine during the entire stitch time...It wanted to make a nest for the bunny on the back...gees Louise - but it DOES show you how great their designs are if an inept operator, a persnickety machine and thread that wanted to fray if you just looked at it can make something that looks this good :-D I also will rethink my color choice on the next one....My apologies to Tavernmaker folks for not doing their great design justice.

I'm sure it was my machine and not the design - Lol, it has days when it doesn't play well with others :-D

It looks nice in the picture. The bags are very nice but I'm hesitating to start one because of the amount of stitches, or rather the time it will take to sew them.

I haven't yet stitched out one of their Easter designs, but I would think they are similar in time consumption to the Christmas bags they offer. I stitched out one of the Snowflake bags, as well as the Stocking bag, and each design takes approximately 1.5 hours (3 hours total for 1-front and 1-back section to make bag).

Their designs are very well digitized, so you don't have to stay close to your machine while it is working on these. Just check back when it's time to change the thread/bobbin, if they are going to run out.

Try one while you are getting dinner ready, or doing the laundry!

Thanks Martine I think I'd be happier if it wasn't FSL and you could see all the mistakes through the mesh. This did take a long time - something like 52,000+ stitches and when the machine is throwing fits, it seems like FOREVER.
The front stitched out no problem, the back was a different story! I think my machine has a dual personality! LOL

Thanks - it's the mesh that shows the mistakes, had it been done on, say felt, with a backer fabric that covered them up, I'd be most pleased! *4U

Don't be discouraged! It looks fine.
Machines like to go loco every once in a while.
My machines quirk is to mess up the minute I leave
the room...hum .... gremlins sneak in I think.

Hey, I think we share the same machine! When it wants to work, it is FABULOUS! Then when it goes on strike, I want to throw the thing out the window! *4U

Ah, a true perfectiononist! We like that. (And feel similar.) However, from what we see, the bag is really nice. As for having problems during stitching - it happens. Also to us. In particular when either the machine gets too warm or too cold, or when we change the thread from polyester (what we normally use) to viscose, or if the thread-cone isn't just working as nicely as the one before. Or if it is a cursed day :c)
Good luck with your next bag and thanks for showing your work.
