Made this as a little gift for a friend. Just 3 colorchanges (red and brown for the design and green for the edge) turn inside-out, fill it with grain and close it: Done in about 15 minutes :o)
The rabbit is from Anja Rieger (http://www.anjariegerdesign.com/embroidery-designs.html > Yummy gingerbread).
