The blocks look so gorgeous and the pictures don't even do them justice and I'm sure they look even more splendid in person.
Great job of picking the border colors - love the whole effect. The finished quilt is going to be so gorgeous!
I had wanted to join in, but I'd just started doing embroidery and wasn't sure of myself for doing something like that - but maybe next time.

So an update on this project....I am sorry I have not been able to work on or post any new pictures...we had a little 7 year old foster boy in our home for 2 weeks...you could not step 2 feet from him because everything he picked up he threw...I tried to work on it but he kept messing with the machine buttons and I did not want to jeapordize this in any way...he would get mad because i told him not to touch things so he picked up my cutting matt and threw it accross the room....I have been having troubles with my machine, so its off to the shop for a check up and a tune up....while it is there, I can finish sewing the blocks together...last time I called for a quote and time frame, this place told me a few days and half the cost of where I purchased it...so..this is whats up and why...I will post again as soon as I get it going...loves deanna
