A few years back Eliza at Stitch it Cheap had done redwork state birds and flowers. You might ask her whether they are still available.

Yes, these were great designs. I got these while I was a member on her site. Eliza is a very helpful person. Try contacting her for these. The birds and flowers were very nice, and her digitizing is top quality. A membership to her site is money well spent!
