I made this little purse this past weekend and am pretty happy with it. I used the free design from http://www.stitchingart.com for their new promotion. I love the design! I decided to try the snap closure on this purse and it works great, although I think I cut the pieces of measuring tape too short LOL. Not bad for a first try though!

This is very nice - so you actually cut your own pieces of measuring tape to use - so you must enclose them? How I wished I had you buy my side to explain how to do this - it is very interesting.

Looks great. I bought the Measuring tape and it did not work for me. Hugs Yvonne

Yvonne, I almost gave up myself, but stuck to it. The hardest part is getting the length correct, and I think I made mine a little short. Also, be sure to have the indented curve on the outside, which seemed wrong to me, but it works! Give it another try! Joyce
