Lynn, Not sure which design you are trying to get, a free or a member design. but, if you choose any format and place it in your basket before you check out there is a place to pick your format again. I think you will be able to find your format then. Hope this works for you. Flower sue

Lynn2dduck, look at you answers. Cuteembroidery has sent you an answer. Just click on the address in the answer and it will take you to the design again.Then click on choose a format and you should find about 10 choices. Let us know if you still have trouble. Maybe someone will explain better than I did. Flower to you!!

Hopefully the cuteembroidery answer works. I don't know what machine you are using, however, with my Designer SE I have used DST designs without a problem. I always pull the designs into my 4D software but have not converted them.
