This is the pillowcase dress that my daughter made today @ our sew day! It's a really good thing that she knows alot of terms & has sewn with me before because her friend needed alot more of my time & I was able to say to her "add a quarter inch seam to that", she knew what to do & this is her finished dress! They were both very pleased with the results & the fact that the cost of the dress was $1.13 to make thrilled them to bits! With 7 kids between them that is a VERY GOOD THING! I am proud of both of them!

no but my d brought hers & I had mine embroidery one going & I lent my other one ( the little one I take to class) to my d bff.

Your DD did a great job and it is always wonderful - when you have one that can just follow your directions - rather than having to sit with them and almost stitch it yourself. The kids will look wonderful this summer.

quite an idea to use pillow cases for dress and probably quite durable too the little design really stands out they are probably quite comfortable too
