A girl friend of mine named hers the "kitty cave" She loves her space. LOL

I have a little house out by the side of our house with a side walk leading to it and I call mine the "Hen's Nest" as I have a big Colorful Rooster standing on the front porch that my hubby gave me when I moved my stuff into my space....it is my centerpiece so to speak...and this 'Rooster' watches over my "Hen House" to some extent...lol
I also have a Rooster clock inside, a hand painted rooster on a shelf, a 8x10 painting by a lady in the Smokies that looks like one of our old roosters, and I have a hen and rooster figureens and 3 rooster wall-hangings of bantom roosters. Now do you get the idea this is.....the "Hen's House".

I'd just love to have the space what ever it's called!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My room is called Woman's Room". There is a novel called Women's Room, by Marilyn French, back in the late 70's. I always thought it was a cool title and borrowed that name. Hubby's worshop is called "Old Man's Workshop! Hehehhe.

Mine is "home". I hog the whole thing!!!

Mine is called "The Shed". My husband bought me a portable building and fixed it up for my crafts and sewing area. Every time I went out there I said I am going to the shed, so there you have it.

My family call my space Moms hole, if someone calls they tell them she is in her hole. Think it has something to do with the black hole as they think I get lost in it. It is my own little world. I am sure you will find a name that will fit just right. Hugs Lisa

Well, my DH started calling my room - Gramma's TimeOut room. The grands thought that was funny, and it has stuck.

My husband said how about SCSC- Southern Caifornia Sew Cave..I sort of like is...but aI like the black hole idea and the rabbits den too . I love being in this room. Happy place

My family calls it the "Library". I never told them that the embroidery machine did it's thing all by itself. I kept the door closed and they never bothered me when I was in my sewing room embroidering (thinking that I was working really hard). My DH needed something urgently one day and found me sitting reading a book while the machine was working it's little heart out!! I was BUSTED!! lol

One of these days when I can actually have a "room" for all my stuff, I will call it "My Getaway Corner of the World", for now it's my kitchen table..(too much trouble, have to clear it up for dinner every night, :(.....lol)

After I got my embroidery machine, I converted the garage (which was our classroom) into my "mom cave". Of course, I left room for my kids to do their schooling. It is classroom by day and "mom cave" by evening and weekend! Kind of silly, but I love to finally be able to have it brightly painted, freshly carpeted and organized!

How about "Sweetie's Retreatie". Not real sure there is a word "retreatie" but who cares. :-) Makes me want to come up with a name for mine. Some of these given are really cute.
