My daughters wedding is 16 April. Lst fitting was Sunday and she does look a picture. Veil is complete but I am sure I have not enough time to complete all the embroidery needed for the day. Ring pillow and garters are made. Bride happy with those. lol. Serviette rings have been sttiched out now to get the butterflies to stand upright. Need to make a couple more chair covers for the bridal party & a few more place name thingies. Whew......I have cheated and ordered my dress online. Hope it gets here in time. Will need a few days off after the wedding to get over all this. They have chosen a couple of real sentimental songs that have already brought tears to our eyes.

When this is over I may have time for some digitising and embroidery and maybe get some assignments done for my study course. MAYBE. lol

If you can figure out how to stop the clock - you will be rich.

It does sound like you have your hands full and have them on all things that are going into the wedding - good luck with that. What a special time you are making for the whole family to enjoy.

Sally, it will be a great day for ALL of us. I designed 3 pillows before the bride decided on this one. Made the garters and told her that was it for them. Embroidered a lace edging for a wee hanky. She is nervous I guess. It will all be fine on the day. higs Helen

Oh! what an exciting time for you Helen and on my daughter's birthday!!! I made both my daughters wedding dresses and I only wish that I had been into machine embroidery then. I am sure you will have everything ready and all will go according to plan. Hugs for the big day Sarah. I hope we will see some pictures.

Thank you, I did not get to make the dress, just all that goes with it. Lara found a gown on line and had it ordered in a flash. I cant wait to share some of the photos. Sally and I are celebrating a wedding of our daughters the same day, so there will be lots to show. Helen

Haven't figured out how to catch that second and stop it but no matter how much prepared you are there will still be something you can think of that will drive you crazy about getting done right up to the last second before the wedding. There is that time when you need to be finished with all the prep work so you will be able to enjoy the wedding and have those last moments with your daughter before she is married. The Bride will be beautiful and what you get done will be perfectly elegant.
