Hi! I'm not sure if this is the place where you ordered the angel alphabet. I am another embroiderer, not a seller. Usually any site where you buy something especially that uses PayPal, you can re-download a design you purchased through them. You should be able to go back to PayPal to get their address.

It is my understanding the minimum order on here is $5. I cannot imagine that you would get an alphabet on here for $1. Are you sure it was not with Stitch Delight or some other site.

What site did you order it from? Do you have an invoice - contact the site owner - perhaps you can download it again.
